In 2009, when Apple became
the center of people's digital lives
MacIntelligent grew because people needed more than repairs—they needed clarity. What started as replacing hard drives and upgrading RAM quickly turned into something bigger: helping everyday users finally feel confident with the technology they relied on. Every house-call, every remote session, every solved problem added to a simple truth: when you empower someone with knowledge, you change how they experience technology entirely. That passion for helping people understand their Apple devices became the core of everything that followed. Over time, MacIntelligent became less about fixing a single issue and more about giving people a sense of control over their digital lives—a small shift that made a huge impact on the community it served.
As MacIntelligent grew, its founder, Alan Ayoub, continued sharpening the skills that fueled the business from day one. He wasn’t just repairing devices—he was earning official Apple certifications across both hardware and software, eventually achieving more than ten in total. Word spread quickly. MacIntelligent became known as a trusted place where everyday users could get clear, patient, and down-to-earth help with their Apple devices—without ever feeling overwhelmed. A small but loyal community formed, returning year after year because they knew they would walk away not just with a fixed Mac, but with a better understanding of how to use it. That commitment to empowering regular users became the heart of MacIntelligent’s identity.

The Birth of BrainiMac
The decision to
retire MacIntelligent and reach the worldAnd from there, BrainiMac was born. As the vision grew, it became clear that the traditional MacIntelligent model — helping one user at a time — had reached its limit. I officially retired MacIntelligent so I could build something with far greater reach. BrainiMac takes everything I learned from years of hands-on support and transforms it into short, interactive video tutorials designed for today’s fast-paced world. The goal is simple: empower anyone, anywhere — from busy parents to first-time Apple users — to become confident, capable, and truly in control of their Apple devices. BrainiMac is the global evolution of what MacIntelligent started.
